Cub Guides give tours to new students Cub guides Show Transcript um where we are is the library um this is where we um read books and peace this is Mrs Narrows and she has a pink room and it's magical and cute this is where we have to eat food and get trunk and get better the nurse's office is right here and this when I introduced like these are our Cub guys they're going to be in their class giving them a tour the families are so relieved like just knowing like they're already being welcomed they're already being shown around they're already have happy kids showing them where to go what's the deal at silos oh they get to let go outside of class to show them um all the places that are on our covered lanyard oh it feels so good it like you're actually being respectful and kind how you like always have to treat a person when they come to your house you have to treat them just like that we go to cafeteria nurse front office playground Steam room gym Fine Arts room checkouts library and the cousin's office I think having that student leadership piece is important because it's their school at the end of the day and so I think empowering them and showing them that you can make a little difference in someone's life even though they're 7 or 8 or 10 it's so Monumental as they go on through all their years we have to be kind of quiet because libraries need to be respected especially with all these amazing books
